New video footage has shown British hostage Ken Bigley caged and chained, pleading for his life.Bigley was one of three AQ hostages from last week, two of which were American citizens (Eugene Armstrong and Jack Hensley) that were later beheaded (with footage shown globally on the internet). In the recording, shown on Arab TV channel al Jazeera, Mr Bigley is reported to have renewed his appeal for Tony Blair to meet the kidnappers' demands.
He said his captors did not want to kill him and accused the Prime Minister of ignoring his plight.
After the first two were beheaded, footage of Bigley begging British Prime Minister Tony Blair to acceed to the monsters' demands in exchange for his life was shown on the internet and on Al Jazeera. Bigley and the two murdered Americans were in Iraq working for an engineering firm involved in rebuilding the infrastructure of Iraq.
