Wait a second. This whole thing smells of, well, Italian communists in the summer time.
She says that her car, driven by Italians, was only going 40 or so kph. Italians driving at 40 kph... The same kind of Italians who drive in Italy... I call bullsh*t!!!
It is a fact that due to their genetics, Italians cannot drive slower than 125 kph...
And if they try they have governors on their cars to keep their speed above 100.
