Kerry to conceed at 1P ET; Bush wins. It's over.

ABC News, NewsMax, the UK's Scotsman newspaper and other sources are reporting that we can expect a Kerry concession around 1PM today.

BREAKING: Associated Press is reporting that Senator Kerry has called President Bush to conceed, and will make a concession speech after 1PM ET.

"Congratulations, Mr. President," Kerry said in the conversation described by sources as lasting less than five minutes.

(A) Democratic source said Bush called Kerry a worthy, tough and honorable opponent. Kerry told Bush the country was too divided, the source said, and Bush agreed. "We really have to do something about it," Kerry said according to the Democratic official.

CNN says President Bush will speak to the nation at 3P ET.

UPDATE 12:50P ET: New word in that the Kerry concession speech from Boston's Faneuil Hall will come around 2P ET.
